Automated appointment scheduling
Forrest Logistics utilizes API connectivity combined with Robotic Process Automation to ensure we have the highest terminal appointment success rate in the industry. Through customizable parameters, our customers’ shipments out-gate based on their preferred schedule and empty containers are returned to port quicker than our competitors resulting in fewer costs and stronger relationships.

With API integrations at 20 US ports and with 13 ocean carriers, our operations team has real time visibility on all holds and container event milestones. Through this data we have automated numerous processes which allows our operations team to focus on communication and execution.
